PAYMENT OPTIONS

BUY ONLINE USING PAYPAL OR GOOGLE CHECKOUT

PAYING BY CHEQUE
Cheques should be made payable to Christine Cook and be in Pounds Sterling from a UK bank. Orders will be dispatched after your cheque has cleared.

DELIVERY

Postage charges quoted are for delivery in the UK only, whilst this is usually within 3-5 days of receiving payment (or funds clearing when paying by cheque) please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

International charges vary, please contact me for prices.

14 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

As an accredited SafeBuy Member I offer a 14 day money back guarantee. You may cancel from the day of the order and up to 14 working days after the day on which you receive the artwork (this exceeds the statutory minimum of 7 days). This right of cancellation does not apply to commissioned works which have been produced to your specification.

Written notification must be received via email.

The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging (or similar packaging to ensure safe transit) as soon as possible. Return postage will be at your cost, using Special Delivery or equivalent with adequate insurance cover. Alternatively return collection via a courier can be arranged, the cost of this service will be deducted before your refund is given.

A refund less all applicable postage costs will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the artwork, using the same method payment was made, ie cheque or Paypal.

You should also include a note with details of your name, address and order/invoice number.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please check the condition of the painting when delivered and notify me within 24 hours if you discover it is damaged. Please keep all original packaging, as this may be required to make a claim with the couriers. The damaged goods will be collected from you so that you do not incur any expenses. I will endeavor to resolve the matter to your satisfaction as soon as I can.

COMPLAINTS

I aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to complain about any matter please contact me via email. I will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days whilst I work to resolve your complaint.

CUSTOMER SERVICES

If you have any query about an order contact me via email or telephone on 07850 504005 (please call between 09:30 - 16:30 Monday - Friday). Outside of these hours an answering machine will be able to take your message. The cost of calling will be your service provider's mobile phone rate.
